Senior Research Associate Position in Particle Physics
The Institute for Theoretical Physics at the University of Zürich has an opening for a long-term Senior Research Associate position in particle physics phenomenology starting mid 2010.
The research interests of the group, headed by Thomas Gehrmann and Daniel Wyler, involve heavy quark physics, astroparticle physics, collider phenomenology, physics beyond the standard model, effective field theories, precision calculations and computer algebra.
The successful candidate should have a strong scientific track record in particle physics phenomenology, and will contribute to the research and teaching activities of the institute. Enquiries on the position should be addressed to: thomas.gehrmann@physik.uzh.ch.
